Awami Selfie App for Lahore Biennale 01: Pictures (selfies and other forms of expression), uploaded through this app, would be displayed on major SMDs (digital screens) installed in different parts of Lahore during the Lahore Biennale 01 - March 16 to March 31. In collaboration with the Awami Art Collective, and the PHA Lahore, the Human Computer Interaction Lab (CHISEL) at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) brings you an indigenous selfie platform for expressing yourself and connecting with Lahore. Awami Selfie incorporates cultural embellishments to regular Face-Tracking Filter applications in order to promote local culture and connecting youth with the local culture in a fun and engaging way. The uploaded selfies can be shared with family and friends through the social wall feature and the approved ones will later be displayed during the Lahore Biennale 01 Festival. Application offers: - Over 40 facial stickers and filters of famous monuments. - Feature to edit and save the pictures in the gallery and the option to upload it to the social wall. *All the images uploaded to the social wall will be reviewed before making them available to the community
