Description

This app is aimed at helping you keep track of which foods you have fed your child, so that you can pinpoint any potential allergies. Untried foods This is where you can view your to-do list of foods that you havent tried yet. When you feed your child a food, tap it in this list and select Mark as tried. The food will then be removed from this list and appear on the Tried foods list. To add a new food, tap the + button in the top right. To remove a food, swipe across its and tap delete. Tried foods This is where you can see your list of foods that you have tried, and take notes if your child has a suspected reaction. To take notes if you suspect your child has had a reaction to a food, tap it in this list and select Reaction notes. Any foods that you have made any notes against will appear orange in this list. To remove a food from this list and return it to the untried foods list, tap it and select Move back to untried. Reaction list This is for viewing just the foods that have reaction notes in a convenient list. To view further details about any food, simply tap its name in this list. Children With this tab you can manage more than one child and switch between them to set the current child. Important Remember that this app is no substitute for professional medical help. You must consult with your family doctor, pediatrician, or nurse if you suspect your child is having an allergic reaction, or if your family has a history of allergies. This app is a must see! I think all Moms should have it! Its a super set up, easy to use, convenient and keeps things organized. I have been trying to keep track of my babies new solid food experience by writing in a makeshift notebook until now! Plus...I understand there are going to be new features added soon! Bonus! Check it out its great!!!

Love this app!

This is an awesome app! All moms should have it. It helps to keep all of your notes and possible reactions that you child could have to a particular food organized.

Basic and glitchy

Mom303531 · 9 years ago · v1.2

Since this is a paid app I was disappointed in how basic it is. If all you want is a list of foods your kid has tried once and any reaction they had then this is the app for you. However, since allergies arent always apparent until theyve ate it a few times I dont find this app very helpful. I wish it had a log feature so you could track a particular food over a period of time. Also, the list of foods is pretty limited. You can add in your own but then the app gets really glitchy. When you try to mark a newly added food as "tried" the app completely closes. Its super annoying that it takes two tries to get it to record that the newly added food was tried. With some updates and added features this app could be helpful but as it is I feel like I wasted my money.

Simple and easy to use

I really like how simple this app is. I have a checklist of foods and I can immediately note any reaction. Good tool to take with you to the doctors. I wish there was a place to put a star rating on the food though. Some babies prefer certain foods and I would like to have a place to log which foods he really liked.

Wonderful Peace of Mind!!

I LOVE THIS APP!! I wish this technology had existed back when my seven year old was trying new foods. She has several allergies. I have been using this app for over a month, as I introduce first foods to my seven month old, and this app is giving me the peace of mind that I will have an easier time keeping track of reactions if they happen this time. It is also handy to have at dr appts.

Suggestion to make it user friendly

Hope the tried food can sort by name for easier review! Also hope the untried food can have the search engine to avoid adding the duplicate new item! Thank you!
