For years, I’ve been using this daily “balanced life” system to remind myself of what’s important. Most of us are not normally balanced- certain areas of our lives receive the majority of the attention. Because of this imbalance, I’ve discovered seven critical areas to monitor:

When I began this process years ago, I used a simple sheet of paper to grade my balance on a daily basis. Now, with this app, you’ll be able to quickly monitor your life’s balance with a simple slide of your thumb across the screen. If you’d like to add a category, the app allows for that. It’s customizable for items that may need balance in your own life.
