Baldurs Gate at Mac App Store analyse

Ce jeu est une perle. Malheureusement il y a une nouvelle version et Apple ne propose pas la mise à jour. Du coup les parties en multijoueurs sont impossibles. 1.3.2053 => 2.3 Faudrais peu être un peu se sortir les doigts Apple. Cordialement

Great game. Highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys role playing games. At times it feels like a choose your own adventure. Reminds me of Diablo 2 but with more tactical combat + more traditional D&D rules. The battles can be very challenging at times making it feel all the more satisfying when you see the nasties hit dirt. Any other mac users that find themselves limited for game choices, this one works very well. (No need to worry about fan noise here.) Haven’t beat it yet but I’m already thinking of purchasing the sequel. I wonder if the mac app version will allow me to transfer my characters. Anybody have any info there?

Whether you have played it in the past, or are new to Baldur’s Gate, this was the most hyped game of 1998. It speaks volume that it has been re-released in HD and it doesn’t disappoint. The bugs are fixed and there are more epic adventures ahead. A must download for everyone. Hopefully the rest of the series gets released here too by Overhaul Games.

Gra jest świetna, gra się naprawde przyjemnie… miło powspominać. Niestety traci wiele na braku polskiego lektora… napisy to już nie to samo.

The Launcher comes up, but crashes immediately after selecting the option to launch the game. 100% unplayable.

Although the game brings back many fond memories from playing the original, I can’t recommend the game due to a couple of issues. The first is just annoying, that the pop-up text boxes for items and areas in the map have microscopic font that is completely unreadable. I could live with this. However, the game frequently crashes when travelling from area to area. Once I got to the Baldur’s gate bridge, I could no longer travel to any area at all, making any further progress in the game impossible. Given that the last update to this game was 2 years ago, it seems unlikely that these bugs will ever be fixed.
