Most young people are never taught the fundamentals of money management, and once they reach college, they often find themselves struggling to get by. Reckless spending habits and poor bookkeeping are usually the main culprit. This is exactly why we were inspired to build the best budgeting app for students, Bapp!. We’ve designed it specifically for people in the beginning stages of financial responsibility, where developing good money management can be the difference between success and failure. Its simple design, tracking display, and management tools make it super easy to stay on budget and plan your financial future.
It is quite common for students to spend more than they anticipated on basic necessities. We’ve learned that common variable expenses like coffee, snacks, meals, groceries, entertainment, and shopping for clothes can quickly drain a person’s bank account. We made tracking and updating these expenses easy and convenient without the need to enter personal finance information such as bank accounts or credit cards. Bapp’s main screen gives students a quick view of their variable expense status to help them stay on budget and avoid spending beyond their means.
We also added a quick way for students to stay on top of their fixed expenses such as rent, cell phone bill, car payment, gym membership, and any other recurring monthly responsibilities that can sometimes get overlooked. Bapp allows you to check off each of these expenses so you know which bills have been paid and help avoid unnecessary late penalties and fees.
