This credit card never sends an statement by either snail mail or e-mail. They only send me e- mails after the payment is overdue. Very dicusted!!!
Cannot delete or update
The latest update cannot delete or update on my iPhone. Useless
Backwards notifications
I dont need a push notification when Ive been inactive for 20 minutes (not possible to turn off) and Id like notifications for transactions on my card (possible but doesnt work).
Needs real PUSH alerts!
Amex, Chase, and other issuers give instant iOS or Text notifications the second the card is charged. Not so Barclays. Notifications are buried in the apps inbox (this requires a log in) and are everything but instant, taking a day or two, and are useless from a security point of view. Instant notifications are an important security feature, which makes me appreciate other cards & apps more.
App doesnt support savings accounts
At this time, this app only supports credit cards from Barclays :( even though I only have a savings account, it would be nice to have the option to access this through the app vs. mobile website.
PLEASE add instant push notifications for transactions!
Just to echo what others have said... Probably the most important feature of a mobile app is the ability to get instant push notifications when the card has been used. I love that feature on my AMEX card. This app has an option to turn on push notifications, but its greyed out (you cant turn it on). You also cant enable SMS notifications for transactions. Very disappointed.
