Baritopia is the free app that makes it easy by putting everything you need to know and track at your fingertips. You can use Baritopia on your own or in connection with YOUR care team - many leading bariatric programs already integrate this tool into care. * Super Easy Meal Tracking with Photos * Track Vitamins, Hydration, Protein Shakes, and More! * Bariatric behavior change guidelines for each stage of your journey * Bariatric meal plans for each stage that will leave you feeling nourished and comfortable * Symptoms and side effects to watch for and how to manage them * Overcome overeating and old habits * Motivational enhancement and stress management tools (this journey is not always easy!) * Connect to your bariatric program and care team, so that they can provide in-app feedback and guidance.
