Fellow Bay Area BART commuter — ever found yourself guessing whether it would be worth waiting for the next train since it might be less congested? Now you can do so with a lot more confidence!
BARTender, just like other transit apps, lets you choose a route you want to ride, and shows you real-time departure information: ETA, minutes remaining, and so forth. What sets it apart is the congestion score — between 0.00 (least congested) and 1.00 (most congested) —assigned to each departure that helps you make an informed decision about which departure to aim for.
