Description
The Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® Federal Employee Program (FEP) Overseas app is for members submitting medical claims for services received outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands. It also covers services received while on a U.S. military base or on a cruise ship. If you received medical services in any other place, you should submit your claim to your local Blue Cross Blue Shield plan.

International Provider Finder: Search for a doctor or hospital outside of the U.S. and request a guarantee
of benefit (GOB).
Claims: Securely submit your medical claims and receipts through the mobile app. Follow a step-by-step
wizard for paperless form submission or upload a completed paper form. Prevents delays in getting your
money back.
Translation Tools: Includes Medicine Equivalents where you can find country-specific equivalents for
hundreds of prescription and over-the-counter medications, and Medical Terms and Phrases, a translation tool for
common healthcare terms and phrases in fourteen languages with audio.
Convenient Login: The app supports both Fingerprint Unlock and Face Unlock, making the login
experience easy and secure.
