The theory is excellent and well-supported. Bravo. Except that the voice of the speaker turns me really off. Hes got a tone of voice, which in my mind, delivers the opposite of what he is saying. And the tone of the voice in such an application which deals with subliminal relaxation is so key to the result we want to achieve. If Visulax would re-do the app with a warner voice, it would be great.

It really does work!!
The app has changed for the better. It now allows you to place your iPod down and just listen versus the voice stopping when you no longer touch your iPod or iPad. It does provide great advice to help you relax. Give it a try!!!

I really love everything this app says, but his halted way of speaking is distracting. It should be much smoother sounding so I can focus on the message.

This app has been really helpful! It is one of the few things that can get me to sleep so quickly, usually it takes at least 15 minutes longer each night that I dont use it.
