Bean is the best way to explore the Lemmy and the threadiverse with a beautiful UI designed for iPhone and iPad, and with a number of themes, customisation, and view options to choose from, youll be right at home with Bean.
Gestures make it a breeze to navigate around. Upvote or downvote, comment, bookmark, or collapse an entire comment thread with a single swipe. If thats not your thing, you can toggle these in the settings or turn on the full screen swipe to go back.
Bean also features a beautiful media viewer that displays images, GIFs, and videos. If a post has multiple images, you can simply swipe through them all. Uploading images is also fully integrated with Lemmys pict-rs service so you can rest assured that your images are safely hosted on your instance and not a third party service.
When creating new posts or comments, Bean offers you a comprehensive markdown editor to make crafting the perfect hot take easy.
With privacy in mind, Bean connects directly to your chosen Lemmy instance, only sharing your authentication token with our push notification server if you opt-in to notifications.
