THE BLEEP TEST
8 km/h at Level 1 to 18 km/h at Level 21. Precise drift-free timing keeps every bleep perfectly on
schedule, no matter how long you run.
APPLE WATCH
Run the complete bleep test straight from your wrist — no iPhone needed. Audio bleeps play through the
Watch speaker, haptics fire on every turn, and your result syncs automatically to your iPhone when
you're back in range.
FREE PACE MODE
Train at your own speed. Set your interval (3.5 to 15 seconds) and use Beat the Bleep as a precision
pace trainer for any distance. See your equivalent speed in km/h as you adjust.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Every result is saved with your estimated VO₂max the gold standard measure of cardiovascular fitness.
Watch your fitness improve over time with a built-in trend chart. The higher the number, the fitter you
are.
