I run a construction and design company and have been searching forEVER for invoicing software that would meet our needs. Bee Invoicing is just perfect! It’s really easy to use and the tutorials on their website filled in all the gaps I couldn’t figure out myself in just a few minutes. For us, as contractors, I LOVE that I can enter by time or quantity, and the way it counts timesheets is intuitive and useful. We don’t sell many items, but if we did the cataloging/grouping system would be very helpful. Being able to provide estimates in a professional, organized way through this program without it affecting our accounting is awesome, too! I can’t say enough good things about it. And really, you just can’t beat the price. My only complaint is that the invoices are set, and you can’t customize them. Our logo looked strange with the template they have set up, so I had to use photoshop to tweak it a bit. Once I changed the size and opacity of our logo, I was happy, but I wish there were a few more options for layout. All-in-all, Bee Invoicing has already been an enormous time saver and made me feel much more confident about presenting invoices to clients/financial info to our accountant. Simple, Thorough; Perfect Invoicing Program
Love it
I don’t normally review apps but I got to say, this is the best little invoicing app I have come across, I only needed something for a few Invoices a season and I will admit I have quicken on my windows PC it was a pain and confusing at times, so with the first new snow fall I set out for something different and a little simpler ok user friendly. Yes it fits my needs 110% Love it and so glad its for Macs as of today I have only downloaded and put in a few invoices but I have no crashes with the app so thats a plus If I have any issues I will update this but for right now its time to go back and play around with it, Thumbs ups for this one
Very straightforward to set up and easy to use
This app is a bit of a gem - it does have a rough edge or two, and some more thought given to a guided tour for the new user would not go amiss. I went astray on a couple of points in the invoice set up but, frankly, they were so easy to correct due to the accommodating nature of the app that I am not making any fuss at all. Fun to use, and a bargain - many thanks. Now, where do I find logos for all the companies I want to set up ?? :-)
