myBelagavi Citizen & Field Officer App myBelagavi App offers the easiest and fastest way to connect and resolve complaints raised by Belagavi city residents. Residents can check the complaint status at any time through the application. This app also offers Belagavi city residents information on no of smart solutions provided by City authorities. It also got SOS feature using which residents can call Police, Ambulance, Fire, Women emergency etc when in need. Residents are also presented with News, Events, Weather and nearby places which are updated by Belagavi Smart City adminstration. ABOUT CITIZEN Sign In as a Citizen user will be taken to Dashboard screen, where users are presented with SOS option, and list of Smart Solutions provided by Belagavi city administration and POI information. In addition to this, CITIZEN will be able to view other features such as: Complaints, Events, News, City Info, Weather, Poll Survey, Feedback and Help. SOS: The SOS is used as emergency responder. Once you tap the CALL POLICE FOR EMERGENCY option, a call will be initiated to the Police. If you are unable to make a call, you can also send an SMS to the Field Officer. SMART SOLUTIONS: Residents will be able to get real time information on Bus location / Bus Schedules, emergency vehicles, Garbage trucks and find the location Wifi. COMPLAINTS: The complaints (Grievances) functionality is used to raise and record complaints by residents. EVENTS: The Events displays the complete details of all the events. NEWS: News provides a live feed of the latest news. CITY INFO: The City Info displays the information of the city and Contact information of City Authorities. ENVIRONMENT: The Weather screen displays the current weather details of the location.   ABOUT FIELD OFFICER Sign In as a FIELD OFFICER will be able to view features such as: Tasks, Weather, Address Book & PIS. TASKS: On the task screen, you can list of all tasks OPEN, IN PROGRESS, and RESOLVED. You can also re-open the resolved tasks if that issue has been resolved prematurely. WEATHER: The Weather screen displays the current weather details of the location.
