Description
Effortlessly change ring-to numbers for your virtual number in real-time, from your mobile phone or tablet. The Belfabriek app also provides real-time insight in the most important call statistics.
After you log in on the app, you will see a dashboard with available functions. Choose whether you want to manage ring-to numbers, see statistics, manage numbersettings or listen to recorded conversations. On the next screen youll see an overview of your virtual numbers. Choose the number and the extension you would like to manage.
How do I get started?
If you have a virtual number with the Belfabriek you can simply login with your Mijn Belfabriek credentials. If you do not yet have an account with us, or you lost your login credentials, please contact our customer service.
