The BelfiusWeb Mobile app is aimed at Belfius (Public, Social and Corporate) customers who also use the desktop version of BelfiusWeb. It’s a clever solution tailored specifically to our business customers, regardless of the sector theyre in.
The BelfiusWeb Mobile app enables you to carry out banking transactions from your mobile device, at any time and in complete security. To use the app, you need a BelfiusWeb Mobile contract that you can activate simply via the administrative module or the user file.
If you are using the app for the first time, you must first register your device using a BelfiusWeb Mobile or Isabel access card. Followed by identifying yourself with the personal password you have chosen. As a result, your accounts and your transactions are completely protected.
For security reasons, the app will be deactivated if it is not used for 3 months. To reactivate it, simply use your Belfius card reader.
Here are just some of the features of the app you can take advantage of right now:
• view your financial overview, transaction history and account details
• search transactions
• sign all your payment files, transactions, standing orders and direct debits with your password
• view pending transactions
• make national and international transfers between your own accounts and investment subfunds
• read and send secure messages
• receive alerts so that you are quickly notified if any action is needed
• view your overall statements
• track your files to be signed
• view your cards’ history and details
• load and unload your Prepaid cards
• manage your groups of accounts
• display current market prices (EURIBOR, OLO, IRS)
• view exchange rates in real-time
• contact our departments
• locate a branch or ATM
• personalise your app, manage languages and your mobile devices
• manage multiple entities in the same session
