Ben® in controle over mijn abonnement
Met mijn Ben app ben je altijd op de hoogte van jouw verbruik. De app is beschikbaar voor al mijn klanten, altijd en overal.
Wat kan je met mijn app?
· Je bent altijd op de hoogte van jouw verbruik, zelfs tot in de details!
· Bekijk en download je facturen.
· Schaf MB Extra aan als je internetbundel op is of wijzig je bundel als je maandelijks toch meer MBs of minuten nodig hebt.
· Wijzig je adres of IBAN-nummer, zet je voicemail aan of uit en check je pukcode.
· Vind het antwoord op jouw vraag onder Service. Of stel je vraag aan mijn Klantenservice.
· Log gemakkelijk en snel in met je vingerafdruk, pincode of gezichtsherkenning. Of blijf altijd ingelogd door te kiezen voor ‘Geen codeslot instellen’.
· Heb je meerdere nummers in je Ben account? Geen probleem. Veeg de belstatus eenvoudig naar links of rechts om het verbruik van de andere mobiele telefoonnummers te bekijken.
Wat heb je nodig?
· Een smartphone met minimaal iOS 10 of hoger;
· Mobiel internet of wifi-verbinding;
· Een Ben® abonnement;
· Ik Ben inloggevens.
