Gluten Free Bread Recipes at Mac App Store analyse

If you were looking at this review then you are probably gluten intolerant. So let me ask you how many bread recipes have you tried in your gluten-free quest for good bread? I have tried so many I am hesitant to try anymore. I was an avid bread baker before having to eat gluten free. However, I bought this app in the hopes this would be edible bread & with almost good results. (I have about 50 gluten free cookbooks and am a serious cook). I am always hopeful and then so very disappointed. WELL I HAVE EXCITING NEWS FOR YOU if you are considering this app. I made the French Bread # 1 today and was bowled over. The bread rose (so many recipes dont rise well and even if they do rise they taste awful and you have to put something on the bread to disguise the taste because it doesnt look, taste or rise like real bread. This bread was the most exciting bread Ive ever made since becoming gluten-free. I bought the bread pan that he recommends on the App and followed the recipe to a "T". The dough rose beautifully in the oven & it wasnt hard to manipulate the dough to spread it out evenly in the pan. It was the easiest bread Ive ever made in my whole life. The recipes directions are perfect. It has a real French Bread flavor with zero funny flavors from gluten free flours. The consistency is perfect, it is moist, and if I had not known it was gluten free, I would swear it was a gluten filled loaf. I am bouncing off the walls I am so excited over this one bread recipe and there are others on the app! I had my husband and son try it and they were as excited as I am over this recipe. I checked the temperature of the bread at 30 minutes and it was over 200 degrees so I knew it was done. I will try the other apps from this person who wrote this one. My undying love and gratitude are sent to him too. Finally, real bread that tastes fabulous. Hoagies anyone?
