"The Best Hangman" is a very popular word guessing game Hangman. It is also an educational application where you can improve your vocabulary. Why this is the best? - Animation effects the you tap the letters, the buttons, win or lost - Sound effects - A large numbers of words in its database, divided in many categories like "SAT words", "movies", "celebrities", etc... - The man follows the gravity - No ads or banners - More than 5.000 SAT words Just tap "Start" and start tapping the letters to try to discover the selected word. But be careful. If you make too many mistakes the man will be hanged! Write a review! Your comments and reviews will be considered for future updates. Enjoy! Keywords: hangman, ahorcado, forca, game, word, guess, guessing, english IMPORTANT: Few people has comment they got a message saying it could not be installed in their device because it is not compatible. In this case, just delete the application in iTunes and download it again (Apple will NOT charge you twice by the same app!)

Its really the best Hangman in App Store

Im addicted in hangman and this one is really the best hangman. It has nice effects and sounds. The movies category is really updated with names of brand new movies. I also has the spanish version (el mejor ahorcado). Totally recommended!!! Better than others.

Good, but needs a larger vocabulary

This is a good app with lots of potential, but you run into the same word after just a few minutes of playing. What would really make this game stand out would be to incorporate a much larger, robust vocabulary. The addition of SAT words and words that are more intellectually challenging would be great. I hope these are added in future updates.

Good categories, but mistakes...

I love the choices of subject for a hangman game. I constantly play the Rock Band category, but I notice many mistakes. Here are 4 I have noted: "Cramberries" should be "Cranberries", "Off Spring" should be "Offspring", "Greenday" should be "Green Day", and "Jethro Thrull" should be "Jethro Tull". I will go to other categories to point out any other errors.
