BOOK YOUR SESSIONS
Your class schedule, right in your pocket. See what's on, grab your spot, and lock in your week in seconds — no calls, no hassle.
HEART RATE + WEARABLE SYNC
See how hard you're actually working. Connect your Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, or Samsung device and your heart rate data flows straight into the app. Know whether you're in the right zone, track your effort over time, and give your coaches the data they need to support you better.
RANK BADGES + LEADERBOARD
Consistency gets rewarded here. Every session and every active day builds your rank — the more you show up, the higher your level climbs. Join BFiTT challenges and see where you sit on a live leaderboard. Friendly competition. Real motivation.
HOME WORKOUTS + ON-DEMAND VIDEOS
Your coach is in your pocket now. Your full BFiTT program lives in the app, plus follow-along videos for yoga, Pilates, meditation, and home workouts. On the days you can't make it in, you've still got everything you need to keep going.
NUTRITION TRACKING
See the full picture. Log your meals right alongside your workouts — no separate app needed. A simple, practical way to understand how what you eat connects to how you feel and perform.
BODY SCAN RESULTS
Every VisBody scan you complete at BFiTT appears directly in the app. No waiting for an email. See your results, track your changes over time, and walk into every coaching conversation knowing exactly where you're at.
CHALLENGES
BFiTT runs regular challenges with live leaderboards so you can track your progress, stay motivated, and see how you're going against the community. Something to work toward — always.
