BindSafe The old-fashioned new way! BindSafe is the first efficient solution to always have your binders with you, just a fingertip away! From the beginning of the idea to the completion of the first version, our focus was accompanied by the following goal: "How do we create an APP that digitalizes all your documents, but at the same time has the look and feel of your usual binder?" Over a period of more than a year, and also during the test phase of almost 2.5 months, we believe to have managed to create something truly remarkable: We joined the limited analogue world with the complex and sometimes overwhelming digital possibilities to incorporate something simple for you that will serve you in daily (business) life when you would most appreciate it. For example, we created a tagging system that gives you the ability to distribute colors across your binders and then quickly find them with the implemented quick search. EVERYTHING’s IN ONE PLACE! I love technology! Since we’re talking about the search feature: Of course, all PDFs that are uploaded via your PC or notebook are scanned and indexed, so that their contents are then also included in the search function. HEY, by the way! We’ve even included a goody in the background that might not be so obvious: Even your documents that you scan through the Fotoapp will be scanned for words and phrases to make your search as effective as possible. YES, we’ve included an OCR! Just allow the app a bit of time to complete the indexing process. In the near future, well be planning the sharing option so you can share your BindSafe folders with others. Here, however, we depend on you not only giving us constructive feedback, but also unlocking the full version. With each activation, we build up budget gain for new functions and features.
