DONT JOIN THE ARIANA HUB
It’s a good app but do NOT join the Ariana hub. It is SO toxic. I deleted this app because the people in it made me feel so bad about myself. They called me a ‘local’ and a ‘cupcake stan’ like they were terrible things to be. The people in the Ariana fan hub made me feel anxiety and self doubt and were SO rude. Please bkstg delete the Ariana hub because SO many people are getting bullied in it.

this app is great and all but it NEEDS to have the feature where YOU can change your own username and email instead of waiting 2 whole weeks for Bkstg support to even reply to you. there also needs to be a way to delete your comments!!!!!!
It’s fun
I love this app because It’s a way to fan girl with other people. I’m obsessed with Ariana Grande and I have like minded people here to talk about it with. I also feel up to date about the celeb being on here. They do have glitches and it can be slow with showing new posts

I love the concept of the app & the hub of people that automatically accept you due to a same large interest (favorite artist). You can make a lot of friends. But the app constantly has issues & we feel we’re cared for as if the app is just some side job for whoever takes care of it & it’s issues. People rely on this app to stay updated and in the loop w/ their favorite artist and that’s what is needed to be provided correctly or change what the purpose of the app is because we are getting very upset about missing important events. Some things are so outdated like the ticket & merch part of the app. The only tickets shown for current purchase date back to 2 years ago with no updates!! And some of the merch doesn’t even exist anymore it’s so old. I love this app so much & would never want it to be deleted but if the simplest of issues that the app shouldn’t even have were fixed, it would make a shitload of people’s lives so much better. Thank you.

IT WAS a very good app but it logged me out and never let me go in ever again..... very insulting ??
Could be better
Helpful tips for better app: 1. Letting people change their username without having to email support 2. A delete/edit button for your posts 3. Being able to delete people’s comments on your own posts without reporting them PS there isn’t a place you actually see posts by people you follow, so why have a follow button?
