Magazine would not load

I was happy to find this publication had an iPad version. I started with paying for a single issue download. It took my money but when I try to download the magazine a wheel spins and spins and doesnt work. I have the latest ipad and latest software and it clearly does not work. Nothing ever loaded and I gave it 30 minutes. Tried to log in with the username and password I created, and it doesnt recognize it.

Will not recognize my subscription

Purchased a subscription in December 2012. Had to restore my Ipad and all the magazine subscriptions BUT blackbelt allowed me to restore my purchases/subscriptions. Fix this and I will change the rating. I have sent messages to app support with no reply. No phone number to call, and my frustration mounts. Loved the magazine up until this point! I AM NOT paying for another subscription......

Bought this from the App Store will not install or let me open called three companies for customer service and still no Black Belt magazine. I would not recommend this app .
