Description
Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. App calculates BMI base on your weight, & height.
Check your body state to find your ideal weight, because overweight and obesity are risk factors for diseases such as hypertension, asthma, heart disease, High blood pressure and diabetes.
App allows you to set your weight goal for weight gain or weight loss and shows your progress towards your goal weight.
App tracks your daily weight, BMI, body fat % and shows your progress using various charts and statistics.
App also includes 4 standalone calculators:
1) Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator - calculates the BMI value along with your ideal body weight, healthy weight and overweight.
2) Body Fat Percentage (BFP) calculator - calculates Body Fat %, Fat Mass, & Lean Mass base on your weight, height, age, gender, circumference of your neck, waist and hip.
3) Daily Calorie Intake / Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Calculator – Calculates BMR and how much calories you should intake base on your type of activities like sedentary, light, moderate, vigorous or extreme activity.
4) Waist To Height Ratio Calculator – Calculates waist to height ratio and ideal waist.
