Dear users here is the app for you. To check your BMI (Body Mass Index).
First of all there is a tip in this app to reduce your weight.
You no need to enter your weight and height. It will automatically take your height and weight information from Health kit and automatically calculate your BMI.
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is also present in this BMI kit APP. (BMR is often used as a baseline to calculate total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), which includes additional calories burned through physical activity and digestion.)
In Health Kit if it Dont find your Height and Weight then you have to enter by your own.
