Description

This extended visualization takes you to a deep, refreshing place of relaxation, as it leads on a conscious journey around your body. This recording is fantastic for general relaxation or for conscious body awareness activities. Full Body can be listened to during meditation, while doing yoga or light exercise. It can be used at bedtime or first thing in the morning. It is not recommended for use while driving or when you need to stay fully awake. The experience is enhanced by the meditative electronic music track and the addition of relaxing Theta Waves. Full Body Scan makes a great addition to your relaxation recording library.

Ce vraiment du nimporter quoi a ce stade. Qui fais de la music pour méditation avec des synth? Au lieu de te relaxer ça ennerve plutôt. Carrément déçu .

Es ist eine ganz miserable App., die Stimme ist vollkommen von der Musikspur überlagert. Das was man verstehen kann klingt extrem scheußlich. Eigentlich ist die App nicht nur eine Zumutung sondern auch noch Bauernfängerei. Meine Empfehlung: auf keinen Fall kaufen.

Great way to relax

Theres no way to resume your position if you have to close the track. Stops playing if you lock the screen. Contains only one relaxation track. However, the track is very relaxing. Program needs work.
