How it works:
Choose the colors available on your bouldering wall
Take turns following movement prompts (e.g., "Left hand on red, right foot on green")
Keep going until someone falls, taps out, or laughs too hard to continue
Whether you're warming up or winding down, Boulder Twist is the perfect way to get moving, loosen up, and have a good time at the gym.
