Die beste Boxing-Lessons-App, die ich bisher im Store gefunden habe. Verständlich, anschaulich und professionell gestaltet. Jede Bewegung wird genau erklärt. Die Workouts sind ebenfalls gut durchdacht und machen fit! So macht Boxen von Anfang an Spaß. Habe es nicht bereut, für die App zu zahlen!

I love this app! I havent found anything that compares to this when it comes to video lessons. I can watch these videos all day and I feel like the trainer is there with me.

This is truly an insightful app. Not only do you get clean, and informative instruction, but with multiple angles and speed control. There is no way to miss a detail. Coming from a martial arts and teaching background, this is everything I could want in an app. The only thing better would be training in person. I really love this app and cant wait for more from Martial Arts College!!!
