Description
The timer is designed for boxing and other martial arts. The timer is very convenient to be used during the work on the punch bag and training sparring. The convenient menu allows quick set up. It has a convenient function – start delay for 0-60 seconds, which allows putting the gloves on.
The work with the timer systematizes the training sessions, allows evaluating one’s functional readiness and controlling the progress.
