This system needs a major overhaul. Lots of issues with it. Stressful way of doing payroll. Always encountering problems. Such a waste of time

It took us 2 months to request the elink access, and a few days to get the activation working. After wasting hours to activate, we still cant login, we always get an error that it times out. Cant believe BPI being a top Bank with billions cant spend decent money for more reliable and secure systems. Not a big fan of their online banking, but this mobile app for business is just awful.

The whole system is completely archaic and this application is completely buggy and outdated. Its a nightmare. Every time I need to use it its sort of a gamble and its a tedious process to perform what I want. If you can avoid using BPI services altogether I would strongly recommend it.
