Description
Breast Cancer Treatment is an app for those who have completed their treatment for breast cancer. As a breast cancer survivor, you want to make sure that you continue to receive the best health care possible. An important aspect of "after treatment" care for breast cancer is having a summary of the treatment that you received and details about your cancer treatment instantly available to optimize your future health care situations.
This free valuable application provides a cancer-related treatment repository for your data and:
- Exports medical information
- Records medication-related information
- Stores health care provider and pharmacy contact information
- Provides valuable links to breast cancer survivor information
- Utilizes an easy to use glossary of breast cancer terms
The Breast Cancer Survivor app enables you to record your treatment and then email right from your phone it to any provider that you might see in the future.
The app was developed by the Breast Cancer Survivorship experts at the University of California, San Franciscos Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center.
