This app will measure your actual breathing and advice how often you must train in order to improve your health. You can do breath therapy by moving the slider in the app on the rythm of your breath pattern. If you have a Personal Trainer or Coach you can send him your results from within the app. By using a heartrate monitor you will see that your heartrate goes down. That is the best sign for checking that it works for you.

Als je Diabetes 2 hebt, kan je ook een enorme gezondheidswinst boeken met een goede ademhaling. Deze App meet je huidige manier van ademen en adviseert je wat en hoe vaak je moet trainen om je gezondheid te verbeteren. Je kan ademtherapie doen door de slider in de app te bewegen op het ritme van je ademhaling. Als je een Coach hebt of een Personal Trainer dan kan je de resultaten meteen naar hen toe mailen vanuit deze App. Gebruik je een hartslagmeter dan kun je controleren of dit voor je werkt want je hartslag moet er van dalen.
