Description

Deep abdominal breathing promotes a healthier lifestyle. It encourages full oxygen exchange, which is the beneficial result of incoming oxygen for outgoing carbon dioxide. It slows your heartbeat, increases your focus, decreases anxiety and decreases stress. This app was inspired by these exercises. You make the settings that you are comfortable with and can modify them as you go. Use this app for 5 minutes each day and hopefully you will see the same results.
