Description
BSA Lite allows Canal & River Trust volunteers who have been approved by the Trust to record sightings of boats at specific locations.
This provides additional information regarding the movement of boats and licensing to help gain a better picture of what’s happening on the Trust’s waterways.
Boats can be recorded whilst cruising through specified manned structures (locks, bridges, tunnels) or whilst moored at visitor locations.
The App is free to download. Users will require prior approval and a free account and password provided by the Trust.
In the first instance interested parties should contact [email protected] so that the relevant approval can be obtained and a free account and password provided.
