No need network connection or phone band. 3. Can use between different floors. 4. How To: Two devices installed BTtalking APP. Click blue button to do BT pair. Once accept then connect for talking. Can mute or un-mute by click the mic/speaker button. Click blue button to disconnect the BT pair.
