BTROOMER app can give you complete details of the rent trails of all residents whether they are part of the building or not. Keeps record of resident data and documents. BTROOMER manage the complaints data of resident including their process status. It keeps all records of payments, security amounts, and dues. The owner can see the occupancy of a room in the building. Maintain trail of resident according to room. Users can set the amenity of the room and their building. The building owner can transfer or allot a room to the resident after onboarding. Payment entries can be done in this app whether they are new onboarding or existing residents. Reports of daily revenue, room-wise revenue available. Refunds record also available.
