In dieser App präsentiert der Bayerische Tischtennis-Verband sein Handbuch mit sämtlichen Bestimmungen, die ansonsten als Loseblattsammlung an Fachwarte und Schiedsrichter verteilt wurden bzw. als pdf-Dateien im Internet einzusehen sind. Das Handbuch ist entsprechend den anderen Veröffentlichungen aufgebaut, so dass Fundstellen (Seite, Zeile) in allen Darstellungen übereinstimmen. Die App bietet eine Volltextsuche, weshalb Schlüsselbegriffe schnell gefunden werden können. Aktualisierungen erfolgen im Rhythmus der amtlichen Mitteilungen, in denen die Veränderungen offiziell bekannt gemacht werden. Durch die bequeme Handhabung und die Zugriffsmöglichkeit auch ohne bestehende Internetverbindung – nur bei der Installation und Aktualisierung, die automatisch bei jedem Aufruf der App geprüft wird, ist eine Internetverbindung nötig – ist die App ideal für Fachwarte und Schiedsrichter, aber auch für interessierte Spieler und Mannschaftsführer.
