Description
Most buoys provide information about current wave heights, wave periods, wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, water temperature, atmospheric pressure, pressure tendency, and dew points. It also provides tide information for the USA.
App Features-
Get exactly location of the user
Shows all buoy stations covering USA
Get buoys location on Map
Tap on a buoy to get detailed info about it
Buoys can also be searched for by their station Id’s or region
Different buoys may display different types of data depending upon their buoy
Data for buoys is provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
This app is useful for Surfers, Sailors, Mariners, Fisherman, Divers, Wind surfers, Beach goers.
Note:
To get user location Turn ON GPS
GPS is one of the heaviest drains on the battery "Turn Off" when not required
Accuracy is subject to device, location, and signal strength.
