The Business Alerts & Notifications app helps companies to be in compliance and have a messaging mechanism that cuts through the clutter of emails.
Leapfactor’s Business Alerts & Notifications micro app delivers alerts and notifications from virtually any backend system and is capable of handling text or multimedia files to provide contextual information. Recipients are able to acknowledge the alert, bypass it or even send back an “attend” notification.
Users can make voice or text notes, save and forward alerts or export them to Excel. Alerts can be organized by categories and a powerful search function allows users to quickly find an alert.
