Each video, or dance class is broken down into several lesson plans that focus on one move. Review lesson plans step by step or play the video of that move over and over. Directions for each move are included with still photos so that students and teachers can read along and swipe the images at a pace that works for them.
Created by teachers, C-Fit Dance engages children with lively graphics and original music. Dancing teaches children coordination, agility and how to memorize and repeat complex steps. Vocabulary words are written on screen to help children learn new words.
