CalendarOne is designed to work with Microsoft Exchange2007, Exchange2010, Exchange2013 and hosted Exchange (IE Office365).
Networks First can provide bespoke connectors for other databases.
CalendarOne allows shared Microsoft Exchange Calendars to be viewed using the standard iPad or IPhone calendar. This simplifies arranging meetings because you can see other people’s calendar entries, meeting rooms and other shared resource before adding them to a meeting request.
On an iPad the overlaid schedule view is much clearer than the Outlook PC view easily showing free slots to arrange your meeting.
The Quick-Busy feature enables you with one command to block out time and put your location into your calendar which is ideal for important ad hoc meetings when you don’t want to be disturbed but showing people who have access to your Exchange Calendar how long you are going to be unavailable. The pre-sets for this function can be set by the user.
