Description

The Sharp Call Tracking Image Uploader allows you to add images directly from your mobile device into your Sharp Call Tracking tickets. You must have a valid Call Tracking ticket to add images. Images can be uploaded to all open call tracking tickets including Dealer created “D” tickets. When uploading images to “D” tickets omit the letter “D”. Technical Action Center (TAC) agents can view your images to assist you during the support call. Remember you must contact the TAC via telephone to obtain support. The application is solely intended for Sharp Authorized Dealers and requires an active Sharp-Start account to upload images to Sharp Call Tracking.
