Description

How many times have you gone camping or hiking and forgot to take items you needed? Camp/Hike provides checklists to plan successful and safe outings. Now with Ultralight Backpacking capability. Special categories and item weights to 1/10 ounce. Keep information on key equipment such as a camera or GPS. The process is easy! Type the name for the Trip and select from Master Lists of all possible items, broken down into convenient categories. Select the items to take and with the push of a button you now have a checklist of items for the trip! Check off items, as you get ready. You can even set quantities, weights and priority levels. Repeat this cycle to generate unique future Trip checklists. Create and edit lists for your specific needs. Set multiple destination data per trip such as location, address, booking, etc and show a map of where you will stay or a satellite view. Share lists with others and across devices. Use iCloud, Peer to Peer Exchange, AirDrop or email. Use the Apple Files app for moving checklist files and to create/edit lists with other software. Very nice App, I love the master list concept where I can but all my camping gear and chose to create a list from that master depending on the type of camping Im doing. As a wish list, it whit be great to have a option to transfer a list from the iPad application to my iPhone application.

Needs more/easier list manipulation tools

The process involves creating a Master list for your trip that can be reused for many different trips. Once Master is created, you select which items you with to include on your trip list and it populated the new list. However, there is no way to add *single* item to your Master then add it to the trip list from the Master. If you forget to add to the master and want it on both lists, you have to do it manually in both places. This app also has minimal swipe functions. Not really easy to use/learn. If I hadnt already added the hundreds of items from my list to this app, I would look for an easier to use option.

this is the app that I have been looking for. I only have one suggestion and that would be able to name the trips. we camp every other weekend. some are sry camping and others are full hookup so the stuff we take are different, so it would be nice to name ans save them.

Overall a very nice application that gets the job done and is fairly easy to use. As noted by other reviewers, it would be nice to be able to name and save multiple customized lists. Other suggested improvements would include a way to e-mail customized lists or at least save them as text files so I could share them with other people going on a trip. It would also be nice if there was a way to share customized lists with other users of the program.

Nice start but needs more.

A very nice and needed app. However, I agree that it would be good to be more customizable. Also, I would very much like to be able to add sublist items. For instance, under first aid kit I would like to list everything in it. Same with some of the others. Hope you continue to update.
