Important Note: Canada MICC is for customers who log into the Canadian Customer Center. Customers who use the original (non-Canada) Customer Center should use the original Mobile ImPACT Customer Center™ application. With the Canada MICC app, current ImPACT Applications, Inc. customers can access their Canadian Customer Center account from an iOS device. Canada MICC lets current Canadian ImPACT® customers access reports, retrieve Customer ID Codes, perform account maintenance and record Sideline injury assessments. Key features of Canada MICC: • Generate real-time Clinical, Injury, Sideline and Organizational reports • Retrieve Customer ID Codes • View Test Statistics • Look up Organization Admins • Perform User Account Maintenance • View System Notifications • Submit Trouble Ticket requests • Sideline - perform on-the-spot enhanced Injury assessment and data collection • Help section with Clinical Interpretive Manual, Tech Facts, Online Privacy Policy and web links to Find a Care Provider and the ImPACT® Web Site Notes: •To use the Canada MICC app, you must have an ImPACT Canada Customer Center account • Some features require an active network connection (WiFi or Cellular) • Canada MICC can not be used to administer ImPACT® tests
