This app is a ripoff! Links do not work and it locks up.

This app should not be allowed on the App Store. The function to do a Practice test, which is the reason to purchase the app, locks and does not work. The "Official Handbook" function, links to a site which says the handbook has been removed. Lastly, I am running on an iPad Air and this is an iPhone app. It is not marked clearly that it is an iPhone app. And even on an iPhone, the app does not resize correctly. Text does not fit in the window and blouse out. A total waste of money. I want my money back.
