Just... What the heck?
Okay, as the first reviewer I didnt want to immediately one-star this app. But, what the heck? For one thing, Instructure already has an iPhone app. For another, the icon for this app is white in the App Store, black on the home screen, and has the image of an iPhone 4 or 4S on it. When I open it on my 6 plus, it isnt even the right aspect ratio. Also, this just looks suspicious. It looks concerning- like if this wasnt iOS and the App Store I would be too afraid to download it. I havent actually signed in to this app, because Im not going to use it. That is another reason I went right down the middle with three stars: it could be okay (on a 4S maybe...) but I just cant fathom why someone would make an app released August 5th, 2015 that only supports the display of an iPhone from 2011. I want some sort of explanation, but I know developers cannot respond to reviews. Maybe you have a Twitter or something to see what you were thinking... I could be missing the point, but this is just weird.
Terrible app
I cant login to my university. Also seems very fishy in order to get downloads but this app doesnt work at all so Im not too worried. If I could give this app -5 stars I would
Is this app for real?
Any time I open Canvas on my phone it always suggests I download this app. After the 50th time I gave in. Under Find your school or district I typed in my schools name. I get a message "There is no account with that name!!" and theres no option to search for your school. I tried it several different ways - short name, long name, included city name... If my school isnt listed, then why is there a link on its page to download the app for Canvas? Makes no sense.
