Captains Handbook gives you the ability to manage any number of boats or vessels of any type, for example, you have a 70’ yacht with a tender and two jet skis you can record and manage each of these independently all for the same price. Or if you have 4 jet skis you can just as easily manage this.
Our maintenance management provides you with an unrestricted ability to track and manage parts, inventory against each vessel, boat or in a generic location. It will help you track your planned maintenance activities such as yearly checks on anodes, trailer maintenance, engine services etc etc. highlighting parts to be purchased, additional costs such as haul out, thus giving you the ability to plan and budget for future maintenance cost. We also provide the ability and functionality to record unscheduled maintenance activities and where parts have been used from inventory we automatically reduce your inventory quantity based on this usage.
