Carbydacious
Features limited
The default list of meal items is woefully lacking; it only has a few menu items from two low-carb diet programs, and doesnt include basic foods (I cant enter, e.g., a roasted sweet potato). It also has a limited, fixed number of slots for data entry (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack 1, snack 2, side dish). An ideal interface would include both complete pre-made menu items and the ability to enter in individual servings (e.g., 1 cup broccoli, 4 oz. grilled salmon, etc.), without any artificial limit on the number of entries for a day.
Unusable
You can not put any basic foods in. There very few prewritten meals that you can use. You cant even enter scrambled eggs. Unusable.
