Check with your financial institution to ensure they participate in CardValet prior to downloading. CardValet helps you efficiently manage your cards digitally. TAKE CONTROL Stay in control of your card. Turn your card ON/OFF, set spending limits, decide where, when and how your card can be used. - Set card to be on or off in an instant, restricting whether it can be used or not - Restrict your card purchases to specific locations (merchants located within a certain range of your phone or select city, state, country or zip code on an expandable interactive map - Select merchant categories (Restaurant, Travel, Entertainment etc.) and transaction types (Instore, eCommerce, ATM etc.) to control purchases on your card - Enable or disable international transactions - Establish spending limits to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed the thresholds set by you BE ALERT Receive real time alerts on all purchases, select purchases or when a card transaction is attempted but declined. Customize your alert preferences and get notified as per your choice. Alerts are sent in real time, immediately after a transaction has taken place, and help you quickly detect unauthorized activity on your card. VIEW YOUR CARD PURCHASE View your purchases, add memos and tag your purchases for easy tracking. DO IT YOURSELF Mange your card at your fingertips. The app is fixed now. Simply delete and reload the app go through the set up and it works. Hopefully everyone will get their working again soon,

Broken and card locked so I can't use my debit. card. Will NEVER use this app again.

App has worked great for months. A week or so ago it stopped working saying that it couldn’t reach my financial server. The bank reports no problems on their end. My cards were effectively frozen and I needed money. Wound up having to download the app on another person’s phone and sign in just to turn my cards on. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail.

I’ve been trying to access my account information and Card Valet’s server has issues and I haven’t been able to access my card account information through Card Valet to change settings because of issues with the server of Card Valet. This should have been fixed days ago and now it’s still an issue. As soon as it’s solved, I like many I’m sure will be taking my account off of Card Valet and closing out Card Valet.

Need to access my account to make purchases while traveling! Why can I not access my account? What is the server issue that is holding me out? This is unacceptable! Please give me an ETA on when I can expect service again.

Card saying cannot connect to financial institution. Worked fine 2 days ago. Please fix this is completely frustrating

My wife and I have not been able to access the app since Friday. Both of our cards are locked. It’s monday morning and still says unable to reach financial institution. Please fix!!!!!!
