I created this app because I was tired of keeping folders for all of my familys hospital and doctor visits and realizing how difficult it was to look up any of that medical information when I need it.
Care Paper is 100% free, there is no registration/sign up system, and it only stores your data locally on your device, nothing is exported elsewhere. The app does not request any patient names or identifying information. Instead, you simply select fun avatars for each family member and only you mentally know whos who.
After you visit a clinic, doctor or hospital, simply enter a very brief description (so that you can search for it later), date and cost, then feel free to start taking pictures of documents you want saved, such as medical instructions, brochures, clinic business cards, analysis or even receipts. Anything you want to be able to quickly search and find later.
